Initial Comments:
Based on the findings of an onsite unannounced revisit completed January 5, 2022, Amedisys Hospice Care had corrected the deficiencies cited under 42 CFR, Part 418, Subparts A, C, and D, Conditions of Participation: Hospice Care. The deficiencies were cited as a result of Medicare and state license surveys completed July 15, 2022.
